Tasting Note
Lifted aromatics of cocoa nib, ripe berries and almond frangipane rise from the glass, layered with a hint of vanilla.
On the palate, rich black plum and cherry flow through the centre, supported by notes of dark chocolate, baking spice and fine oak. The wine is full-bodied with dense yet silky tannins, giving structure and balance without heaviness. A long, polished finish carries both fruit and spice, making this a powerful yet elegant expression of Barossa Shiraz.

Tasting Notes
A powerful and sweet black plum with cherry glide across the palate with chocolate, vanilla bean and an array of dried spices. The richness of the wine is hugely profound but is balanced by dense tannins that display a balance and silk like smoothness to the finish, carrying the fruit and spice long after the wine is consumed. A powerful but elegant palate.
