On the palate, it reveals dense dark fruits and subtle fruit cake notes, supported by full-bodied yet smooth tannins. Thanks to excellent winter rains and ideal growing conditions, this vintage offers exceptional balance, fruit intensity, and concentration. Crafted with minimal intervention, the wine showcases St Hallett's commitment to quality winemaking, fermented in small open and static fermenters before aging in oak.
